Join us for the first gathering of our new monthly book club curated, created and led by Aba Thanki.
This session will centre around Judy Hall’s The Art of Psychic Protection, a widely respected guide to understanding energy, intuition, and how to protect yourself in everyday life. Together, we’ll explore key themes from the book, discuss our experiences, and gently practice some of the techniques shared — suitable for beginners and those already on a spiritual path.
We’ll be creating a calm, supportive space to talk about why spiritual protection matters, especially in a world where we are constantly interacting with other people’s energies, emotions, and environments.
